Prasad Jayasinghe Is founder / Managing and Creative Director/Master Trainer at Emotional Intelligence and Life Skills Training Team (Get) Ltd. He has trained over 25 000 people from different backgrounds to include Cooperate, Government, INGO/NGO, Armed Forces, Ex-Combatants, and war and Tsunami affected communities and been in the field for more than 20 years. He also has experience working with EMDR Therapy, Hypno Therapy, Counseling, Creative concept development for Behavioral change Social Marketing campaign, Digital Marketing campaign, Video Training Modules Development. He studied psychology, Counseling, Youth in Development work and writership and communication at Sri Jayawardanapura University and the Open University of Sri Lanka and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), UK.
