- Heading Motion Design vertical of 4AM worldwide: FRAMEGAME (www.framegame.in)- Coming up with unique design solutions for each Motion project.- Creative direction of specialized design units such as Title sequences / End Credits for Films and series for different OTT platforms, Corporate AVs, Music video packaging, Logo Animation, etc.- Reviewing and approving designs, graphics (still and motion), editing and photography images, developed by the design team.- Working hand in hand with the Content Producers to find the best way to execute projects in time and within a given budget with a special focus on quality.- Leading a highly creative team of designers, 2D/3D animators and compositors to ensure quality output.- Providing regular feedback and address the team member’s concerns as appropriate.- Recruiting new creatives and actively participating in the hiring process.- Partnering with various vendors and freelancers as and when required.- Identifying key areas and clients and develop support strategies for all business development activities.

Here in Tag vinnatti, I handle the Motion Design Team since last 6 years.My job is to find best possible solution for a problem through Motion design or Animation.Once the script is finalised my role is to design Screenplay, Storyboard and Look and Feel and deliver the product as per the clients requirement.And then finally, encouraging my team to give their best while executing the project to exceed the expectations of the client. I have worked on different kinds of projects like animation for Mobile App, Explainer Video, Logo Animation, Movie Title Sequence, etc.I have recently directed Animation for Cleanslate Production House logo, for which we got 3 Afaqs Foxglow Awards and also a Baby Elephant in Kyoorius Design.
