• Training all the Nodal Officers/District level Officers/Taluk level Officers related to the SAKALA Project. • Handling all the technical Problems/Sync issues/ complaints regarding SAKALA Project of Koppal District. • Review operational records and reports to Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Deputy Commissioner & Assistant Commissioner.• Maintenance of KIOSK machines installed in various departments.• Coordinating with service engineers/ Hardware suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency.• Regular follow up of SAKALA Application Pendency to various departments/ Officers.• Confer or consult with various department heads to plan advertising citizen services to ensure the services are delivered in in-time.• Work with other departments to ensure project progress.• Login Creation/ Password Reset/ Updation of Nodal Officers.• Visiting various Taluk offices for regular follow up of SAKALA Application Pendency• Follow up of PM & CM Grievance of the district. • Other duties as assigned by the district administration.

• Solving the technical Problems raised in the Ahara Web Application.• Installing necessary software’s required by the Ahara Web Application.• Monitoring complaints regarding Ration Cards issuing process in the district.• Maintaining the statistics/ data belonging to the Ration Card.• Training all the Gram Panchayat operators, Photo-centers, Taluk level Operators (including FI/FS) related to the Ration Card.• Coordinating with Taluk Level officers and operators. • Coordinating with ESCOM Data Center for RR No updation.• Visit Ahara franchisee to ensure applications are being applied by the citizens.• Managing of the Administrative related subjects.
