Performing general troubleshooting, diagnosing and identifying issues.Providing first level technical support through Live calls, chat and email.Performing Active directory tasks such as setting User accounts, Password resets, roles and access.Handling VPN issues such as Cisco any connect and Zscaler (ZIA AND ZPA)Outlook and Printer issues.Take care of all the internal office office support.Understanding of networking concepts like tcp/ip,dns,dhcp,basic troubleshooting of network issues.Bit Locker (encryption and decryption) and Browser issues.Handling MFA issues and assistance on setting up the authentication for the users.Ticket status updates and tickets handling.Remote Desktop assistance and troubleshooting.Documenting the tickets and escalating the tickets to other support teams if required.
