Deliver exponential growth through new opportunities via Alliance Partners • Work with cross-functional teams, to create strategic business plans and growth initiatives aligned with the partners’ strategies. • Drive a plan to identify Go to Market (GTM), joint account mapping, joint pipeline review and forecast. Enable engagement in the field between KAMs and CXOs at the partner organizations. • Seek opportunities to partner with existing member companies and new business to create new revenue streams. • Responsible to evaluate and develop business for the region in effective manner • responsible to manage and orchestrate the partnership with organizations to engage C-Suite employees and explore business opportunities • Benchmark, analyze, and monitor to have better market understanding. • Engage with clients to understand their business strategy & needs and offer solutions to basis their data to increase efficiency and revenues. • Anchor client city sessions. • Responsible to create awareness about management reports published by IMA. Part of Global products team from planning stage. Have been part of lot of new initiatives at IMA as organization evolved to adapt with the situation.

Responsible for 33% of BOM flights revenue and manage a mix bag of portfolio of TMC, Key Corporates and Consolidators from the key markets like Mumbai, Pune and rest of Maharashtra. Overall have been managing portfolio which contributes INR 800 Million and have been able to achieve targets. Have also been part of corporate travel management
