I am a Engineering graduate from VNIT, Nagpur with interest in finance, management and analytics. I worked as a Business Operations Analyst for BOX8. Working as an Business Analyst at Eat Club Brands, these were my primary responsibilities -1) Managing projects related to the launch of new outlets- This involves streamlining and refining the processes that take place from the finalization of a new store to its operational launch. My responsibilities included coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely execution of tasks, and implementing strategies to reduce the overall launch time of each store. By identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks, my role was to contribute to a smoother and more efficient outlet launch process.2) Making enhancements to our chatbot and call support systems - I actively engaged in modifying and optimizing these systems to ensure they align with customer needs and expectations. By implementing changes based on customer feedback and industry best practices, my role was to create a more responsive and user-friendly customer support infrastructure. This not only involved technical adjustments but also strategic improvements to enhance the overall satisfaction of our customers.3) Keeping Track of our call center agents efficiency using Data- Through data analysis and performance metrics, my role was to evaluate and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our call center operations. This proactive approach ensures that our customer support team was well-equipped to handle inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance while maintaining high standards of service quality.4) Analyzing the service area of each outlet- My role was to evaluate and analyze the service area each outlet will be able to deliver comfortably by considering various factors such as trip time, traffic, sales and service. The number of chefs and delivery boys were also decided on the basis of this analysis and the timings of that store.
