Technical Support• Responsible for Application Technology support for Domestic as well as International customers.• Meeting clients, dealers, vendors. Generating new lead.• Application engineering support and recommend suitable Garlock fluid sealing products (Gaskets, Packing’s, Dynamic seals, bearing isolators etc).• Provide technical recommendations on various static as well as dynamic sealing applications.• Support sales team on technical recommendations based on the enquiries received and grows business on the basis of problem solving approach.• Works on applications and recommend suitable Garlock fluid sealing products (Gaskets, Compression Packing’s, Dynamic seals, bearing isolators Expansion joints etc).• Travel with the sales team to visit at customer end and study the applications/give product specific presentation.• Prepare conceptual/product drawings for gasket fabrication purpose and for better understanding ofCustomers.• Prepare detailed reports for customers and Sales with recommendations for design changes or improvement. On Site- Service and Products Installation• Provided onsite Garlock products installation like Bearing Isolator, P/S Seals at customer end.• Provided Leak Detection and Repair services with solutions.Material Planning and Vendor development• Providing gasket sheet planning, gasket layout drawing ensuring optimum material utilization by using Cad software.• Handle the activities like tool development and control and sheet planning for gasket fabrication activities.• Preparation products inspection reports and relevant documents..

• CAN PACK India is manufacturing aluminium Cans , With help of High Speed Press M/C, by Blanking ,Deep Drawing ,Flanging, Necking, Trimming operations.• Knowledge in can parameters and process parameters• Knowledge of track measurement m/c & it’s all process and final can measurements.• Implementation of Quality systems e.g. QMS, EMS, OHSAS, HACCP, FSMS, 5S, KIZEN, KANBAN.• Process Capacity Analysis with Help of Control Charts & SPC.• Analyzing the failure in the product during regular testing, if any and taking actions based on analysis.• Analysis of quality concerns at in process and initiation of corrective actions.• Responsible for in process inspection individual machine wise as per sampling plan. • Coordinating with production dept to improve productivity.• Online confirmation of produced goods through SAP.• Customer complaint analysis by Using WHY-WHY analysis Tool.• Manage all PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act) activities for Actuations and Landing Systems.• Hands on experience in use of various problems solving tools such as7 QC tools, 8 Ms, 8 Ps, Eight Dimensions of Quality, and A3.• Knowledge regarding WCM, Lean Manufacturing (POKA-YOKO).
