Project Summary:• Global Payments Monitoring (GPM) is a monitoring solution developed in Splunk and ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash and Kibana) which is used to monitor End to End payment lifecycle of Corporate- GPP High value (MT an), MassPay and SEPA Instant Payments.• Different dashboards were developed to monitor various aspects of the payments in Quantitative and Qualitative manner.Roles & Responsibilities:• Requirement Gathering - As-is & To-be Process Documentation & Analysis• Documenting Requirements - Process Flow Diagrams, BRDs• Conducting GAP Analysis and Requirements Feasibility Study when the migration started from Splunk to ELK.• Discuss and finalize with business on what parameters to be monitored for each payment type and identifying correct dashboards for it.• Preparation of proposals to develop new dashboards• Reviewing and analyzing data requirements to migrate the data from old application (Splunk) to the new system (ELK)• Adherence to Agile delivery methodology using Scrum• Conducting Backlog Grooming Sessions and defining Acceptance criteria and story points• Assisting the QA & Development teams to help them understand the Business & Functional Requirements• Answering client queries on GPP Module and serving as a payments SME Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Project Summary:• Enhancement of Switch and other several applications related to cards payments processing to handle Mobile wallet / E-Wallet transactions. • Development and integration of Chip cards payments into banks network• Tokenization of the transaction data to enhance securityRoles & Responsibilities:• Analyze the requirements from FRD and BSDD documents and convey the same to the offshore team• Assist senior Business Analyst in the preparation of the BSDD, TSD and Confluence documents• Worked as Onsite Co-Ordinator at Farnborough UK where I worked closely with the client and handled the queries from the offshore team.• Review the Test plan and Test cases and provide sign off• Prepare the Requirement traceability matrix to ensure coverage• Assist product owner in the management of the product backlog and participate in the user story grooming• Follow the agile principles and involve in the activities like Sprint planning, Kanban, End-of-Sprint Demos & Sprint Retrospective• Involve in the integration and UAT testing• Assisting the QA & Development teams to help them understand the Business & Functional Requirements• Maintain JIRA hygiene and motivate team to keep the JIRA updated all the time
