• Manage end to end payment process for all EAME & APAC regions.• Manage different types of payments such as vendor, urgent, manual, customer, netting, payroll, and online banking payments.• Perform analysis on payment rejections and finding solutions to ensure successful payments. This involves investigating the reasons for payment rejections and implementing measures to resolve the issues.• Generating weekly reports on vendor payments, exception reporting and communicating this information to location managers and process managers.• Handling and resolving disputes or discrepancies related to vendor invoice payments and customer payment processes. This involve investigating the issues, communicating with relevant parties, and finding appropriate resolutions.• Having excellent hands-on experience with SAP and being familiar with various online banking portals such as Deutsche Bank, CITI, HSBC, UniCredit, Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, Standard Bank, JP Morgan, etc. Proficiency in using these systems for payment processing.• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining timely changes related to BOPs and DTP following the country- specific requirements.• Reconciling direct debit vendor transactions and posting the corresponding entries accurately and in a timely manner.• Assisting team members as and when required, or in case of emergencies, ensuring that work is completed and delivered on time.

• Maintaining Smooth flow of day to day activities of the Accounts Payable (P2P) • Invoice processing in SAP • Experience of various SAP T – Code :- MIRO, FBL1N, ME23N, FB03, MR8M, F-44 • Handling client queries, escalation emails and providing solutions through Microsoft teams call, chat and emails. • Conducting team huddles • Daily allocation to the team members • Support team in preparing reports (CPI, More than 5 day park file). • Supervising performance level of the team and guiding associates in accomplishing business targets. • Invoice audit and coding • Monitoring GMB mails ( General Mail Box) as well as Personal mail box. • Monitoring payment status of posted documents. • Managing vendor master data in SAP
