As the CEO of a small sleep retail and wholesale business, I hold a multifaceted role that encompasses various key responsibilities, reflecting my commitment to the success and growth of the company. My role involves a blend of strategic leadership, product design, client consultation, problem-solving, and effective management across multiple aspects of the business, including physical stores and e-commerce.

Created a start-up specialty retail sleep store and managed its business development. Growth of the business was determined by successful execution of unique marketing and advertising strategies that resulted in maximum ROI. Additional business responsibilities included negotiation of contracts with vendors to ensure maximum profits, managing customer service and relationships, inventory control, order fulfillment, and merchandising. Human Resource functions were to hire, train, and manage a professional staff.

Assist Area Sales Manager in coordinating and executing area marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing subscriber growth and revenue. Coordinate customer notifications: bill inserts, bill messages, and direct mail. Communicate with vendors to ensure projects are maintained on established timelines and/or to resolve potential issues. Responsible for inputting and submitting all purchase orders, invoices and handling their discrepancies. Create and maintain marketing collateral for marketing and sales use and also creating Power Point presentations for area trainings.

Primary role was to provide administrative support to Regional Executive team that covered the Northern California and supervise the administrative team with-in the region. In this capacity, duties included creating and presenting various sales reports to regional management team and their recruiters to better understand where business levels stood and what areas needed improvement. Business support functions were to manage executive calendar, research and book travel reservations, and to create Power Point presentations and bind the material for training purposes. Responsibilities were also to calculate and distribute bonus spreadsheets for recruiters and to solve any discrepancies. In this multiple role, travel was required throughout Northern California branch offices to promote marketing campaigns, coordinating training events, manage branch telephony systems, and on-site IT support.
