Current• Designed Microsoft Power BI Dashboards for Data Visualization for Individual Patient, Insurance Companies and Pharmacy for the year 2018-2023 which enabled the Administration to take Formulated Decisions and minimized the time required by 80%.• Streamlined the Excel Financial reports of 4 Departments: Surgery, OPD, Pharmacy and Testing Laboratory into 10-Day, 20-Day and Monthly Reports for the year 2023, which facilitated the Administration to reduce the time required to verify the financial data thereby increasing the efficiency by 60%.• Communicated all the necessary changes required during end-to-end Data Entry Process of all 5 Departments: Surgery, OPD, Insurance, Pharmacy and Testing Laboratory which cutdown the Data Cleaning Process by 40%.• Retrieved and remodelled the data from 2013 till 2023, which involved extensive data cleaning of the data using Microsoft Excel. This enhanced the Ability of Administration to screen out at least 10% old Patients who lost contact with the Hospital.
