• Responsible for the planning of raw materials in right quantities at the right time• Accountable for the input material selection including raw materials and the bought out items• Performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages• Updating self on product specifications, engineering technologies and production processes• Accountable for the new product development• Responsible for the product design and the planning of tools, jigs and fixtures• Selecting the proper tooling as per the requirement• Maintaining the documents providing information and instructions for converting the raw materials into finished products• Handling day to day issues,follow up and decision making for producing the planned quantities by interacting with other departments.• Prepare master and day wise production plans.• Meeting customer requirements and delivery performance.• Monitoring the parts, sub-assemblies and the finished products should completed as per the required delivery dates.
