• Investigate quality issues by performing root cause analysis to determine and prevent occurrence by permanent corrective actions.• Create PPAP package including dimensional, core tools, capability andGR&R studies.• Perform process audits, product audits and annual revalidation of finished components.• Purge and contain defective/suspect parts in quarantine and create non-conformance reports.• Work with cross-functional team to solve customer concerns using 8D approach.• Evaluate supplier performance to make sure incoming material meets quality standard.• Ensure compliance with industry standards; ISO 9001, IATF 16949
