Ensure the highest maintenance standards are applied and maintained using resources which typically include costs (SM & OM), MOP, mobile equipment maintenance team, contractors, etc. Site manage all projects related to the mining operation.Compile a mining score card on an annual basis for approval by the PPC Exec. Ensure that all resources are optimised to maximise target achievement.Ensure that all the raw material tons requirement for the factory at the correct quality aims are continuously met without negatively affecting the plant equipment utilisations.Ensure that the mining blue print is "alive" and populated per individual mine requirement to most efficiently optimise our human resource assets.Ensure that the capital applications are properly investigated, planned and costed. Once approved implemented and commissioned with capital costs, on time and to the correct scope and quality aligned with the original objective(s).Successfully prepare plan each year and action once approved within the approved plan and subsequence plan updates reviews as approved.
