Business Development and Management• Develop the strategy based on market trends, company strategy and retail objectives, andensure that team fully understands the strategy and implement it.• Work closely with The Designer and Global Retail Director to achieve sales target and ensurethe sustainable development of business.• Implement the projects of store renovation and new store launch and ensure it smoothly.• Work closely with Communication team to ensure that brand objectives are clearlyunderstood.• Work together with Global Retail Director and related Functional Heads to select store sitewith business partners.• Support Store Managers to implement a proper buying strategy, based on the specificity ofyour store (local market demand, inventory and sales objectives)Operation & Business Process• Ensure all operational and compliances procedures are fully understood in each store andfollowed.• Ensure that all stores have proper visibility, decoration and are presentable at all times uponcompany standard of daily operation.• Streamline operations, control costs to enhance retail efficiency and effectiveness.• Conduct regular analysis of sales and inventory with each store to make suggestions onreorders or movement of stocks, revive stock level in each store to support sales developmentand achieve a healthy sell out ratio.• Observe and discuss with the Store Managers any necessity to take action on storemaintenance.Organization and People Development• Provide the direction and guidance and regular & transparent feedbacks to Designer, GlobalRetail Director and Store management team to develop a strong team who can deliver thedesired results through regular meetings and store visits• Workforce planning• Foster Sabyasachi culture and DNA globally• Recruit, cultivate and empower talents in brand, and develop hi-potentials to next level• Coach new managers and enhance the exchanges among storesCustomers Experience
