- Reporting to Operation Manager & General Manager, plan and draw up a production schedule according to customer demand and shipment schedule plan.- Ensure that resources, stock levels remain available and selected equipment tools are available.- Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff.- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.- Thus, ensure communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems and issues impacting the productions.- Manage Process Department, Equipment Department, Supply Chain and Warehouse as to ensure that all resources available as to ensure that production continues to run with very minimal downtime.- Continue monitor and study on Overall Equipment Effectiveness as to ensure to tackle the problems that are happening at the production floor.- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.- Provides coaching, organizes job training for the team and plans to associate developments to meet the departmental objectives.- Lead and coordinate on all production improvement and upgrading activities for better output yield.- Responsible for operation layout, automation improvements, budgeting, and cost improvements.- To monitor and plan for bringing down all the facilities and maintenance costs.- Lead the maintenance department which includes plant and building facilities, plant and equipment maintenance related improvement works, M&E installations and fire safety matters for the factory facilities and ensure compliance with legal requirements from JKKP.- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.  To ensure cost saving in all purchases.- Cost comparison to several suppliers from time to time.- Lead the team during factory startup & setup.

- Lead/perform in the installation, modification, repair, testing, upgrade, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems while adhering to procedures and work instruction.- Perform preventive maintenance and recovery for tools.- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.- Arrange manpower to support customer.

- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.- Overseeing and coaching employees. - Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. - Check production output according to specifications. - Submit reports on performance and progress. - Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. - Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources. - Working in a clean room environment.
