And handling end-end paperwork of all new joiners Completing I-9 documentation and E-verify employees in the USCIS government portal Initiating background verification for both offshore & onsite new hires Maintaining and updating PO, COI & I-9 tracker. Regular follow-up with the Account Management team and vendors for the renewal copy. Strong experience in HR Compliance Software. Strong experience with Public Access File, LCA, H1B filing, Prevailing Wages.
