Lead Business Solutions and Service Excellence team of Future Generali Life Insurance. Was responsible for Requirement Gathering, documentation / offering business solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing, solution implementation and production support. This team is the SPOC for all IT related issues encompassing all the systems used by Individual and Group Life Operations team. Service Excellence team was is responsible for Process Design and improvement function including process and service audits. Activities include Defining the Quality checklists for Branch and Central Operations and conduct process audits for the branches, managing information pertaining to Life Operations to be made available on the intranet site. Policy Servicing team manages Surrenders, ULIP transactions, Financial and non-financial alterations etc., covering entire gamut of individual life policies post new business except claims. • Team also manages revival of policies for the entire portfolio of individual products
