As a Front-End BIM Manager for Hyundai construction, I had the privilege of overseeing BIM coordination Top down construction of 34-storey Labrador tower commercial project. Working closely with Hyundai Construction, I was responsible for aligning BIM models and drawings with key stakeholders, including the client, Singapore Power, and consultant Surbana Jurong.Key responsibilities included:Leading BIM model coordination and collaboration with all project partners to ensure design and construction alignment.Facilitating ICE (Integrated Concurrent Engineering) meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and the client to streamline project communication and resolve clashes effectively.Managing the laser scanning process to capture accurate as-built conditions, essential for developing a comprehensive as-built BIM model.Delivering asset LOD 500 FM data within the BIM model, ensuring it met Facilities Management requirements.This role offered invaluable experience in navigating complex coordination processes and implementing innovative solutions, helping drive project success from design through to construction and handover.

New 2-story building within the same campus with adjacent New Parking Building.Worked on Design Development phase to Construction Documentation over the 1-year period.Hartnell Nursing College, Salinas, CA(Education)Hartnell Nursing college is a 24,000 sf. facility for Nursing & Health sciences. Addition to this scope of work included improvements related utilities, parking, landscape and outdoor waiting area with other site improvements. Worked on Design Development phase to Construction Documentation over the 1-year period.

Scope was to deliver full development and construction drawing set.Pebbles Urbania, Pune, India (Residential)Worked on quantification of building materials with steel rebar’s in Revit to depict accurate quantities and also done clash detection program for this project detecting clashes between mechanical and structural model with 4d modeling of simulating the planning sequence of construction activities on a building site.
