CurrentI am the “Head of Design” AVP driving the company's creative direction. My role and responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of design, ensuring that our products and services are visually appealing, user-centric, and aligned with our brand identity for the banking and financial sector.Responsibilities• Create the working group for product and solution projects implementing the best UX practices with design thinking across the board• Develop and execute a comprehensive UCD process to align with the company’s vision and business goals.• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers across various disciplines, including UI/UX, graphic design, and product design.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure design consistency and link across all touchpoints • Analyse user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for design improvement.• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the design team at the forefront of innovation. • Review and approve design deliverables, providing constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of design excellence.• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery of design projects.• Identify the risks and dependencies in the projects and collaborate with partners to find workable solutions and backup plans.• Additionally, actively participate in sales pitches to highlight our UX expertise.
