In my role as a Project Fellow at Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, I focused on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into specialized automation systems. I played a key role in developing and executing IoT solutions for enhancing productivity in industrial settings. My work included designing data acquisition methods for both legacy and modern equipment, leading a team to engineer innovative solutions, and crafting detailed technical documentation. I also developed seamless data interfaces for AMRs, cobots, and PLCs, and improved project outcomes with enhanced data visualization using Node-RED dashboards.

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, I gained extensive hands-on experience with various PLC systems, including SIEMENS, FESTO, and UNITRONICS. My training involved mastering HMI programming and working with industry-standard PLC software such as TIA Portal, Step 7, and CoDeSys. I also developed skills in data retrieval via OPC UA and managed historical data within automation systems. Additionally, I contributed to factory automation projects using simulation tools like Ciros Studio and Factory I/O, building a strong foundation in industrial automation and control.
