In this role, I spearheaded all aspects of the entire agency house operation with the cooperation of chief officers, general managers, over 20 managers consisting of over 150 staff members across subsidiaries of freight, airline GSA and shipping. Moreover, I provided oversight, strategic direction, and leadership in planning, designing, and deploying operational aspects of all large-scale projects that the company undertakes.In addition, developed, integrated, and implemented strategies for all subsidiaries. I administered the ocean operations team in all operational aspects whilst reporting & presenting on monthly, quarterly & annual KPI reports to the management, new & existing customers.
