• Securing planning and fulfilment in an end-to-end for ecommerce.• Enabling daily operations and an efficient distribution network through monitoring replenishment parameters of new products, running and discontinued articles.• Ensuring correct operational forecast as per the dynamic sales pattern observed due to various events.• Securing the additional stocks for peak sales periods, supply constraint periods and sales activities and assessing further supply chain imbalances to ensure best on-shelf availability to customers.• Supporting in analyzing the potential for changing optimal replenishment solutions for high volume articles.• Imparting subject matter expertise and advice to business leaders within Fulfilment Availability and support processes.

• Responsible for replenishment of stocks for India customers by coordinating with 65 Timken plants globally.• Deliver the business supply planning process, particularly the annual supply planning process, to ensure a robust supply plan is issued to the manufacturing sourcing units, third party and sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.• Manage the planning and resupply of material for an assigned set of parts, in support of customer service goals.• Reviews and reacts to MRP exception messages to correct due-date shortfalls in planned supply, with a focus on specific customer account requirements for material availability and corporate financial results.• Work closely with demand planning team to drive complexity reduction in terms of SKUs & logistics teams to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements.• Inventory management of finished goods and other supply chain metrics.
