Created and headed up new capability within the Group to simplify staff user experience and game changes through gamified data visualisation solutions. Building and training a high-performing team , I employed agile concepts and lean learning ethos to create a user-centric solution based on continuous learning and improvement. Combining reactive and predictive analytics into a single, impactful model, this data visualisation roadmap was all about making analytics meaningful, allowing rapid performance improvement across the business. Transformed the dormant product analytics division, re-engaging team, developing proactive reporting models and working with key stakeholders to reposition Analytics as a partner-function. I made it my mission to reimagine analytics as a visionary, valuable and business-critical function. With this end in mind, I introduced a number of innovative forward-looking data frameworks, improving the quality of analytics assets, while working to motivate and empower the team in pursuit of a common goal. A recognised go-to problem solver coaching senior leaders across the business to further transform ways which make analytics meaningful, providing actionable insight to drive future performance across the Group such as design an enterprise level sales reporting framework. Identifying the need to shift from reactive to proactive reporting in order to create valuable, meaningful data, I led content strategy and architecture design, embedding customer-experience at the centre of the model.Created and responsible for strategic and operational analytics for CANalytics Sales Uplift activity, recognition and customer opportunity dashboards, Customer dashboard, Credit Cards and Transaction products. Created and managed end-to-end architecture, analytics, visualisation capabilities and user support.
