Earlier i had worked with Management team whom i consider as "Legend"? Agrometrics founder was the first one to respond. He did not care about the sabbatical break. The entire selection process was quick. What makes this company unique is they are HUMAN in first place - HATE micromanaging associates. They offered flexible timings, no hierarchy and gave liberty for streamlining operations. I am super confident on the team who are working for transformation in Agriculture.
