New LaunchLaunched a first in class drug in the country. It was a complete 360 degree launch in the midst of Covid -19. This launch was one of the best professional experience I cherish, as it not only tested my professional skills, but also helped me develop as person and showed the importance of other factors which play key role in the success of an individual and organization, such as Innovation, adaptability, patience and ability to take bold decisions in the face of adversity.Currently the brand is seeing a rapid uptake, driven strongly by digital and innovative engagements and activities.BCF portfolio ManagementAs an interim responsibility, managed the Marketing responsibilities for complete Breast Cancer Portfolio, consisting of good mix of new-launched and mature products. Also during this period, was responsible for the launch of first of its kind indication for a brand, this indication launch resulted in practice changing behavior by the customers, resulting in this brand being established as the preferred choice for a specific consumer segment.

Mature BrandDuring this duration, I was given the responsibility to arrest the de-growth of a mature brand from the oncology portfolio. This brand was facing a unique challenge, driven by external market forces leading to rapid de- growth, so came up with unique solutions to address the situation. The strategy developed to tackle the situation was appreciated by the leadership team and was later adopted to other key strategic brands in Novartis and are continued to be implemented even today.

New LaunchAs a part of the dynamic Launch team, launched a promising drug in the Solid Cancer Portfolio. As a member of this team, I was given the responsibility of planning & executing important Marketing & Medical initiatives, which involved aspects like, Primary & Secondary Market Research, Pricing strategy , Negotiating & Co-ordinating with PR agency, working closely with sales force & developed key insights from customers, which helped us design a more robust & successful launch.
