Currently working on project Automation of HR Processes. All the processes used in HR function need to be automated. This is the first of its kind initiative with challenging timelines.Implementation of Oracle EBS across India business. This was done in three phases. Started with Sales and Engineering division followed by the green field motors factory and then the acquired power electronics factory. It involved in defining many processes well to enable ERP implementation, dealing with all users in the company to understand requirements and dealing with the implementation partner to get all the business processes included in the ERP implementation.Setting of the IT Infrastructure at factories and office locations. This project was handled along with vendors to design and implement the networking, servers and security infrastructure.Development of WinQuote+ quotation making tool for the India business. This is a product developed by a group company. Coordinated with users in India to start development to support the business in India. Requirements gathering, design discussions and testing the beta products Rolling out Oracle Sales Cloud CRM for India business. Worked as admin when the business decided to roll out the OSC CRM in India which was already being used in other group company.Was integral part of the green field and brown field factory setting up. Handled all kinds of vendors development and contracting for capital equipment, EPC vendor and raw material vendors.Worked as Project Manager for the India business when business started commercial operations in India. Handled the import, export and local statutory activities. Dealt with vendors in Industrial Automation projects. Led the internal engineering teams developing the SCADA and Automation software for the customer orders.

Hyderabad Area, India

Led the software development project in capacity of project manager for the industrial automation product TMdrive Navigator. This is a software (technology – C# .Net) used for installation, commissioning and maintenance of the industrial drives manufactured by TMEIC. This was the first global development project for TMEIC and I was chosen to lead this. Interacted with users across the globe to understand the requirements, evaluated vendors and then contracted with a vendor for the development of the software in India. Led the team in requirements gathering, design review, testing and customized drive product development. Has worked with global leadership team to implement “clean room” development environment to protect IP rights.

Hyderabad Area, India

Led the development team in developing the drives customized software pack to work with GE’s Toolbox software. Later became the part of the development team (technology – VC++) and worked on enhancing the Toolbox to support the TMEIC’s drive products.

Integration of the Mechanical and Electrical robotics systems together. This involved studying the mechanical and electronics design, overview the assembly and make sure the robotics system performs as per design by tuning the various parts, assemblies and parameters.

Installation & Commissioning and Servicing of Machine Tools (Gear hobbing, gear shaping, vertical & horizontal m/c and vertical turning & milling machines). The job involved extensive interaction with design, assembly (both electronics and mechanical) aspects. I have also had worked in the assembly and design sections for these machine tools.
