1) Planning and maintain the logistical support for company project and clients Shipments2) Managing the shipment tracking and delivery schedules depending on job scope.3) Responsible for owner’s material receiving & delivery shipments and in charge for owner’s storage area.4) Coordinate with Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Environment for Duty exemption and EPCApproval(Environmental protection council for DG shipments)5) Regularly reviewing the Company Shipping instruction if there is a change in Qatar custom, Same will beinformed to clients6) Preparing the Status of each shipments & MIS Report for logistics report and update to relevant department7)8) Ensure the Proper shipping documents from clients before the dispatch for smooth clearance in destination.10) Liaise with Supplier for preparing the documents as per our Shipping instruction12) Coordinating with suppliers/forwarder regarding the delivery schedules.13) In case of LCL Cargo Liaise with Local agent for CAN Copy for releasing the DO and customs Clearance14) Evaluate clearance agent and freight forwarder based on performance15) Coordinating with third party forwarder regarding the clearance of shipment status in Sea port, Airport andRoad ways16) Plan and Schedule appropriate mode of transport based on the operational needs in Coordination with PJM (Project Manager) Purchaser and client17) Visual inspection will be done with Client upon the arrival of shipment and ensure that Shipment arereceived in intact condition18) 19) Coordinating Closely with Vessels & rig project managers regarding the item delivery schedule for dockingand undocking ship spares20) Coordinating with Commercial officer regarding the owner clearance material harges21) Preparing the Cost sheet by vessel and send the Commercial prior the vessel sail 22) Preparing the invoice and packing list for the export or temporary export from our yard 24) Updating the tracking sheet for incoming and outgoing shipment on daily basis.

1) Support Lead Engineer (Bill Settlement) in terms of finalizing invoices and bills from contractors.2) Follow-up from Contracting Officer (Specifications and Tendering) and liaise with end user with regard to actual job done.3) Tabulate actual job done report against invoice submitted and verify invoice amount.4) Negotiate with subcontractors in case of disputes.5) Update Service Entry into Works Order.6) Update Project Subcontractor Summary with actual costs.7) Responsible in consultation with Project manager /Ship Repair Manager to assign the suitable sub-contractor to carry out the work as requested.8) Maintaining the Project Sub-Contractor Register, Update the status and ensure the information’s are up-to-date.

Roles And Responsibility  Rate procurement with shipping lines & overseas partners for Sea Freight & Air Freight. Providing customers/importers with information pertaining to rates upon communicating with my Manager.  Exchanging sales leads with overseas partners and regular follow up on the same. Identifying new customers and promoting the services of Kronos Logistics through information received from various sources.  Planning and monitoring CONSOL shipments for Customers Visiting existing customers on regular basis to explore the possibility of new business. Processing weekly reports to the overseas Agents wherein informing them the status of the leads received given to them. Developing & maintaining good relations with Overseas Partners.  Rate negotiation & selection of the vendors keeping the operation cost low without compromising on service standards. Responsible for the Business performance from the existing customer’s month over month, Quarterly Customer Reviews and feedback. Deep Selling to the current set of customers and exploring new business opportunities. Responsibilities in client acquisition, customer satisfaction and client retention. Have to Prepare the Competitive quote for the Client.
