Technical Coordinator
CurrentActive monitoring of devices in the networks for alarms.Respond to and provide 1st line and 2nd line enquiry support for problems and service requests.Provide on call support to trouble shoot and swapping out 1st line equipment or modules.Maintain test facility operational readiness for test programmes.Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines.Maintain records and documentation of whats on store room.Ensure work is completed in accordance with relevant standards and processes.Effectively communicate with all levels of employees via meetings, written communicationsand one-on-one communication. Interact and work with management/employees and customers/Third party contractors to promoteteamwork.Maintain a sound working relationship with the customer and other teams working in different time zone around the world to get the end result. Assist the maintenance team in proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions to the Senior Maintenance Technician and Service Delivery Manager.help with upcoming equipment testing/upgrade in Test environment before it gets deployed.
