Turnarounds are relatively straight forward - sense of urgency exists due to the results in doldrum. However challenge lies in number of variables to deal with and the surprises that come up. On the other hand Transformation and Growth are relatively difficult to establish the need for change. In all these situations, key is to align the team and inspire them to do their best.
