I am a General Management professional focused on Growth, Turnaround and Transformation. Over the last 25+ years, have done this across sectors, type of companies and own startup. Turnarounds are relatively straight forward - sense of urgency exists due to the results in doldrum. However challenge lies in number of variables to deal with and the surprises that come up.
