Ensure smooth functioning of the production department, both Fabrication and Galvanizing. Responsible for In Process Quality, Inventory control, Work in process, Catch up planning, manpower utilization. Optimizing Man & Machine utilization to achieve pre-set departmental targets. Responsible for Planning, monitoring and reporting monthly production, efficiency & waste To ensure that production is carried out as per the requirements of Quality Management System Standards. To ensure that the machines are well maintained. To participate in internal audits. To ensure that quality issues are resolved and necessary corrective actions are implemented.  Responsible for coordinating & monitoring process Control in production. Coordinating with Logistics department to ensure that raw materials are timely available. Ensuring that corrective/preventive actions are implemented against any non-conformanceo Manufacturing plan, work orders as per Dispatch scheduled.o Ensure that all production activities done as per planning.o Planning & monitoring for batch completion of respective customer against delivery plan. o Hourly monitoring of each station on optimizing the machine output.o Monitoring planned v/s actual production rate.o Reduction in percentage of major/minor accidents in the shop floor.o Reduction in rework and rejection percentage, scrap percentage.o Ensuring team work, Safety & Healthy work environment in shop floor.o Maintain all documents & Records related to Production Planning for ISO.
