 Reviewing month-end closure activities with Planned Checklist and ensure that the activities completed within deadline. Ensure all the month end accruals, Prepaid, Provisions, un-billed revenue are posted in book. Preparation of Inter-company cost segregation and generating Export invoice after adding the markup. Preparing Payroll analysis with project/LOB wise allocation of cost for management review and sending team to pass entry with respective Project/LOB wise. Reviewing all the Vendor invoice entries before approving for posting. Reviewing all the Statutory Ledgers monthly before the book closure and ensure the correctness of liability payment. Preparing monthly cash flow sheet at the beginning of the month based on expected collections, regular vendor payments, Salary payment, Tax payments and any one-time periodical payment. Reviewing all the working of monthly statutory payments (GST, TDS, Payroll taxes) prepared by team and ensure timely deposit and ensure timely filings. Preparing MIS Deck on time and publishing Report to Management with line-by-line reason for variance. Preparing Project -wise Monthly Gross Margin and Net Margin Reports. Circulating Debtors Reports to concerned Country controllers to follow up on collections. Ensuring all the export realization are received within FEMA timeline. Preparing payment plan based on the due date of vendors and managing payments smoothly on weekly cycle. Preparing of Consolidated financials monthly for management to understand Global Performance and report in the group accounts tool. Respond to all the queries received from Group FP&A team and Senior management with regards to MIS and financials. Ensuring monthly submission of Softex to STPI for export invoices. Co-ordinating with Banker on foreign remittance and getting rate for conversion. Submission on EDPMS documents to Bank by mapping Shipping bill with invoices and inward remittances.
