A Product Designer with Mechanical Engineering background with close to 5 yrs of Product Design, Engineering Design & Engineering Project Mangement experience.Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Visveswaraya Technological University in 2008 and Joined Enventure Technologies as Design Engineer and worked for 1 yr 4 months. Where worked on different design projects which includes Value Engineering project for NASH Industries, assignment was to reduce the cost & man power for Installation, some reverse engineering projects for valves and plastic components.Moved to APC by Schneider Electric in end of 2009 and served as Documentation Engineer in NPD Department. Responsible to introduce new product for production and assist Manufacturing Engineer & Project Manger in Pilot runs.In 2010 got an opportunity to pursue higher studies. Studied Post Graduation in Product Design & Engineering in NETTUR TECHNICAL TRAINING FOUNDATION & gained Post Graduation Degree in 2012. While pursing, got an opportunity to teach Material Science to Diploma students and was proficient enough in GEOMETRICL DIMENSIONSING & TOLERANCING to teach. Delivered several lectures on GD&T to different group of Engineers which include Kirloskar & Enventure Technologies. During last year of Graduation, carried out project in Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. and got placed in Schneider Electric post graduation in 2012.In 2012 joined group as Design Engineer and worked on different projects which includes designing of sheetmetal & Plastic parts. During the process of designing used many product design tools like DFMA, FMEA, Quality House etc. This experience brought out my capabilities in concept development and Engineering Design. In 2013 moved to Localization team where exposed to many technologies like surface treatment, surface coatings, different types of testing criteria for different materials etc. and gave an opportunity to work closely with part & Raw Material suppliers.
