Current• Managing a team of 14 members, training them, helping with the job boards search.• Make a note of the client call and convey the same to the team. Explaining them with hiring status of the candidates for H1B, OPT EAD, GC EAD, L2 EAD and TN Visa.• Driving the team aggressively towards targets, number filling, setting weekly targets for the team.• Publish status reports and dashboards to Business Leadership team on weekly basis.• Responsible for approving all resumes submitted by the team after doing thorough technical and functional evaluation• Participate in the monthly/bi-weekly internal review meeting to discuss target.• Training on the Application tracking systems.• Hosting the weekly conference call to understand core need of the job and exchange queries with the Hiring manager of Clients.• Explain the job description and help team with the search strings and screening question and training the recruiters on ATS.• Checking the NCA/MSA/RTR documents from vendors company side.• Participate in regular Recruiting Team meetings and provide accurate status updates for current applicants.
