As an accomplished mechanical engineer with more than a decade of experience in maintenance and operations, I am excited to be sharing my professional journey with you. My work experience in various industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and amusement parks, has honed my technical skills and expanded my knowledge in maintenance operations.In my current position as a Senior Engineer of Maintenance at Rockman Industries Ltd, I have been responsible for preparing schedules for preventive maintenance on weekly and monthly basis, ensuring the smooth running of various machines, including LPDC, GDC, Chip Melting Furnace, Shot Blasting machine, and Heat treatment, among others. Additionally, I oversee the maintenance of the chip pretreatment system and shot blasting machine, and checking the nitrogen plant. My focus on maintenance operations has ensured breakdown-free production.Prior to this, I was a RCM Engineer Mechanical with Wonderla Holidays Limited, where I maintained major rides like Recoil, Equinox, Maverick, Techno Jump, and Twin Flip. In addition to maintenance of gearboxes like Planetary, Helical, Bevel, and Worm gear, I also worked on major shutdowns of the ride, serviced compressors, including Atlas Copco and Ceccato, and maintained hydraulic and pneumatic-operated rides.During my tenure as a Mechanical Technician with Delta Corporation, under Qatar Petroleum's ARAB "D" GAS RECYCLING PLANT, I was responsible for maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and valves, and regularly performed maintenance on Wellhead (all valves), replaced mechanical seals and bearings, and changed filters and strainers of different equipment.As an Operation Engineer at OWENS CORNING INDIA PVT. LTD, Hyderabad, India, I was responsible for total maintenance of compressors, blowers, gearboxes, among others, while also supporting the production team during production runs.In addition to my work experience, I have completed the General Familiarization course for technicians on Boeing 777-200LR /300ER, A 319, A 320, and A 321 at the Manila Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Training Center (Philippines).I am eager to bring my skills and experience to a new challenge in the engineering industry that offers professional growth while being resourceful, innovative, and flexible.
