I am implementing /implemented following major project: - Integrated Nutrition and Health Project, sponsored by CARE India (Orissa), implemented in nine Blocks of Balangir district. Training and Consultancy for NGOs/VOs working in Orissa in development sector. The trainings extended are experiential, process based and participant centered. The methodologies used were participatory & very close (T-group and Sensitivity Training with Here and Now situation/ dynamics) My job responsibly includes: - . Over all management of all the works of the Organisation Networking and Coordinating Community/CBOs/NGOs advocating the couse of community  Representing the Organisation at various level in Government and NGO sector Need identification and preparation of Project Proposal, Liasoning with both Government and International Agencies for funding support. Planning and guiding Social Research conducted by SSE.
