Working to prepare SOP properly for daily activities.. Handling regular BAU activities like CPU, Memory, Disk/Drive, Hardware related issues, User related issue tickets in the shift.. Joining P1/P2 calls as and when required during shift.. Working with SME to automate process when required to save time and human efforts.. Creating changes and executing them when required to make the environment stable and better performance of the servers.. Executing client raised changes and coordinating with clients during change execution..Preparing SSM plan sheets for various projects.. Working on Security Health Check activities.. Working on server hardening activities.. Working on VMware like taking snapshots, expanding CPU, Memory, Disk for servers to enhance performance.. Working on DR activities for the client.. Coordinating with Lenovo vendor for hardware related issue for physical servers.. Giving KT to new joiners on the client INFRA.. Performing windows upgrade from 2012 standard/R2 to 2019 standard OS.. Performing firmware upgrade activity for the Lenovo physical servers.. Configure XCC console configuration as per Tech Specs. to adhere security compliance.. Analysing CPU and Memory capacity report and working with application team in order to reduce the spike in CPU and Memory consumption for respective servers.. Participating in DR activity.. Working on Health check activity as per company Technical specifications to make servers compliant.

•Commissioning,Decommissioning of Physical and Virtual servers as per service request•Build, configure and deploy VMs and templates and send the newly deployed servers to Security team to scan them and make sure VM’s are fully secured and approved to move them into production•ESXi host patching via VMware Update Manager AND Esxcli command installation.•Upgrading hardware compatibility version for virtual servers•Installation of VM tools to improve the performance of VMs•Good experience on converting physical to virtual and virtual to virtual (P2V & V2V) setup and bringing them up into production.• By using VMware VCenter, created Datacenter Environment by creating VMware clusters, adding ESX hosts into the clusters, and implemented HA and DRS features.•Installing and configuring VCenter to manage the VMware ESXi servers and VM’s.• Installation, Configuration and Management of ESX and ESXi host environment.• Coordinating with vendors like (Cisco,VMware) for hardware related issues.• Experience on promoting a Domain controller as per the requirement.• Installation on cloudberry backup agent and configuration of the backup plan for servers.• Worked on all BAU activities (CPU,Memory,Disks) Issues.• Experience on analyzing and upgrading the RAM and CPU as per the requirement• Knowledge on PowerShell scripting to modify as per the environment requirement like user account lockouts,ping results, pulling out AD users, computers and groups.• Deploying servers on AWS console.• Drive expansion for servers in AWS,GCP, andVMware.• Installing and managing server in GCP console.• Joining on P1/P2 bridge call for production issues..
