Operations Supervisor
Current• Planning, execution and co ordination of all resources for the operation of liquid chemical filling in drums/IBC, ISO tanker loading/unloading, Flexi bag container loading/Unloading and Pastillation of Fatty alcohol.• Experienced in the operation of Pastillation process and Bagging of Natural fatty alcohols.• Training of operational personnel as per the SHEM (Safety, Security, Health and Environment Management) standards of Sabic.• Ensure that all safety, GMP and operational standards, rules and regulations are followed as per SHEM standards and documentation for audit purposes• Implementation of EXCiPACT & EFfCI Requirements (GMP for Pharmaceutical Excipients & Cosmetic Ingredients) • Developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and its implementation and documentation.• Responsible for plant safety, reliability and productivity• Familiar with FIEGE drum/IBC filling machine, SBS Pastillation machine, H&B bagging machine, MOLLERS palletizing and integrated stretch hood system and MOSCA and STRAPEX strapping systems.• Routinely checks Work Permit validity and compliance with Permit to Work Procedure for Hot, Cold, Confined Space entry, Excavation, Electrical, Radiation and Movement of vehicles Permits.• Participating in incident investigations, carrying out safety audits, conducting safety talks, departmental safety meetings, developing standard operating procedure (SOP).• Conducting Safety Tool Box Meeting in Shift Start up.• Experienced in pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of Natural Detergent alcohol petrochemical project.
