Led a team of 10 associates and developed a managed desktop as a service product. Designed and developed groundbreaking first in industry product features which are changing the landscape of virtual desktops industry. Following were my roles and responsibilities:• Review the requirement document from confluence and assess the technical feasibility. Provide feedback and iterate the requirements.• Design solutions and architect the services to accommodate the changes.• Implemented event-based domain driven micro service architecture.• Document the solution options and present to management.• Lead development and assign work to associates using JIRA.• Performed code reviews for merge requests raised.• Project timelines and maintain time sheets.• Update status of the progress to the management.• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate unit/integration testing and deployment to other environments using Tekton.• Setup control planes for QA, staging and prod environments on Azure Kubernetes Services.• Strong follow ups with the team and closure.• Bugfixes and ticket management.• Implemented EFK stack for centralized logging of micro services.• Collaborate with clients from Microsoft Azure and VMware horizon teams to develop first in industry products.

Worked as an application support associate and handled production servers of capital market and selling lending borrowing market for the largest stock exchange in the world in terms of volume. Following were my roles and responsibilities:• Trading application startup and shutdown for capital market, futures and options market, currency derivatives and SLBM market which include over 200 production servers.• Active monitoring of performance, logs, network, connectivity, disk, and process in all live servers during market hours.• Complete understanding of the trading application to debug and perform initial analysis of issues with a critical SLA of 15 mins.• Management of issues and problem tickets through standard ITSM process.• Developing automation scripts for application deployments and latency monitoring. Reduced time taken for code deployments by over 50%.• Performed UAT testing for feature releases with checklists.
