* Responsible for clear the Final product & preparation of lab test certificates. * Develop and preparation of SOP's, Quality Alert, OPL & Check sheets. * RM receiving inspections & clearance the RM through SAP.* Preparation of Technical Review (TR) documents. * Responsible for calibrating the all measuring equipment. * Process improvement and Drawing correction at NPI itself.* Preparation of 8D report & Pressure test reports. * Conduct the internal & Layer Process Audit.* Good knowledge of Bending tube assembly & Hose Assembly Manufacturing process.* Responsible for weekly report and monthly reports preparation. * Basic knowledge of VST & Six sigma green belt training. * Basic knowledge of 5S & 8waste.* Good knowledge of tube bending assembly silver brazing and flaring process.* Responsible for providing the First piece approval in assembly line.* Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances. * Responsible for solve the customer issues & Reducing in house rejections.

* Knowledge of day to day Quality related activities.* Preparation of QA report & Test certificate for the final product.* Control all activities before line start up of new production and advance preparation. * Shift handling support and product conforming according to standard, knowledge of Nonconformance material handling.* Good knowledge of SIP preparation. * Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and related QC tools.* Knowledge of Root cause analysis and provides CAPA.* Responsible for FG testing and online products clearance.* Responsible for verifying the FAI.* Rsponsible to conduct CFT meeting for achieving the final pass yield & reduce the failures.
