 Knowledge and Experience in Designing of the Tier 3 Data Centre with fully redundancy/ high available infrastructure. Knowledge and Experience in Designing and Setup ICT Infrastructure i.e. Network, Server, Storage with ACTIVE/Standby Failover. Edge,Access,distribution and core layer networking Design ,implementation and configuration. Knowledge of Servers Administration, Security updates and patches. with company policies and industrial standards. Recommends and implements corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed. Ensuring timely resolution of tasks assigned by Technical Support Engineer. Provided functional and technical support for software and hardware problems. Responsible for testing any new hardware and software. Support Tech Support engineer for various troubleshooting and maintenance procedures of CCTV Surveillance System, Access control, PA, Digital signage, Bio-metric Attendance System and PBX System. Participate in Network Team on-call rotation.

 Responsible for overall management of IT/ELV Projects. Responsible for Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of CCTV, Access control system. Troubleshoot and provide senior level support connectivity support for systems and users. Responsible for designing IT and security systems as per client and authority requirements. Responsible for making & reviewing drawings related to projects. Attend coordination meetings with client/Consultants. Liase with vendors and suppliers for project specific needs. Evaluate and Implement network related hardware/software products and upgrades Maximize system availability and optimize the end user experience Work with team members and manager to develop long term vision and road map strategy for responsible platforms in alignment with organizational and company strategic objectives. Diagnose, solve or assist staff in solving non-routine or complex software, hardware, and procedural problems Work with IT and business partners to define project scope; Identify and prioritize requirements. Provide technical assistance, training and mentoring to junior level engineers/technicians. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations. Collaborate with third-party support and PC equipment vendors when necessary. Aid in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Document and create a knowledge repository for a more self-service deployment environment. Take ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development, Product, and QA groups to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. Resolve escalation issues from customer team and solutions architecture team.
