KSWAN is initiated to connect 176 POPs (1 State, 27 Districts, and 148 Taluka ) and approximately 1700 offices including Chief Minister’s Office, Governor’s Office, spread across the state of Karnataka. The following services to be provided initially on KSWAN are1. Network connectivity for data transfer3. Connectivity for Internet Responsibilities: • Network trouble shooting.• Giving support to customers and member of networking team in the organization.• Resolving the Tickets at L-1 Level.• Installation, configuration of CISCO ROUTERS - 7600, 2800 series.• Installation, configuration of CISCO CATALYST - 6500, 2900 series.• Generating Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis N/W availability, Bandwidth Utilization report from ITNM (IBM-Net cool) server.• Antivirus McAfee Server Administration in NOC and DCR&TCR Systems monitoring.Ticket Driven Tools Used:IBM TSRM V7.1 (TIVOLI SERVICE REQUEST MANAGER)Monitoring Tool : IBM-Tivoli integrated portalTicketing Tool : TSRM-Maximo Show less
