•  Implementation & documentation of ISO 22000 /Food Safety Management System and HACCP Lab set-up and preparation of SOP’s for Microbiological lab – Food & Brewing Industry. Conduct monthly HACCP Audit and assess.
• Adhere to Quality requirement of Laboratory Techniques, Sampling and Samples preparations
• Responsible for Cultivation & Propagation of Yeast (Carlsberg yeast) in in-house microbiological lab under esteem sterile conditions.
• Carried out micro analysis for the incoming materials, water, yeast, fermenting beer, Bright beer & finished beer products.
• Carried out analysis for the incoming materials and Execute material handling, traceability and identification systems.
• Conduct calibration of specialist equipment for which the labs are responsible and provide calibration assistance of the shift based teams where required.
