Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting jobopenings, sourcing CVs, and screening applicants for various positions.- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with eachdepartment.- Prepare job offer letters and handle onboarding procedures inaccordance with company policies and procedures.- Take charge of manpower planning based on project or clientrequirements.- Address employee grievances and handle challenging situations withsensitivity, fairness, and respect.- Maintain a personnel database and ensure accurate payroll records byupdating employee information and benefits changes.- Receive and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records withproper authorizations.- Calculate overtime accurately for input into the payroll processingdatabase.- Prepare end-of-service benefits for resigned and terminatedemployees.- Collaborate with travel agencies to arrange onboarding tickets.- Update visa quotas for current visa approvals.
