I have been a part of the Teleperformance since its inception in India and I have a total work experience of over 24 years in multiple roles of which the last 16+ years has been with Teleperformance. At Teleperformance, I have progressed through several positions starting with my journey as an HR professional and moving to a client facing role in the operations domain. I am an Engineer by qualification and currently I am proud to be the Operations leader leading a very strong and passionate team of 11,000+ people across multiple sites. I have also worked along with our key leadership team in defining and executing the strategic road map for our foray into non-metro locations close to a decade ago. I was also a Teleperformance University graduate from India and this helped me in carrying strong knowledge of worldwide best practices and innovative projects in customer relationship and experience management. I also had the proud privilege of contributing towards Teleperformance India's transformational journey of becoming a people centric and digital organization. Ongoing and continued efforts in this direction has significantly contributed towards the company being featured in the Best Places to Work For lists by Great Place to Work® Institute and Aon Hewitt in India over 9 times and in being the #1 BPO thrice in a row.
