Clear Bidders) with Technically successful vendors◘Internal Estimation/Budget check, CBE ( Commercial Bid Evaluation) approval from management, LOI/PO placement in line with ICV.◘Arranging KOM ( Kick of Meeting) , PIM ( Preinspectin meetings)◘Following up Eng. documents till Closure, Stage ◘Payment Processing for vendors◘Supporting Project team in Weekly/Monthly Review meetings◘Vendor Site Visits for expedition◘Variation Order placements, Inspection arrangements, Logistics coordination, Ensuring MRR processing, expediting on all fronts to seek Material delivery in line with Project Schedule.◘Conducting spend analysis and consolidating the site requirements for shortage or missing materials and placement of LPOs or VOs to OEMs.

• Supervise process trains turnarounds, equipment shutdowns and major maintenance activities within the approved plan.• Identify and allocate the resources (materials, labour and equipment) required to perform maintenance activities.• Supervises, coordinates and manages the performance of contractors working within the area, to safely and efficiently operate and maintain the pipelines, pipeline right of way and pipeline facilities.• Identify and arranging the necessary required tools, special tools, lifting tools for each job and replenish them whenever required.• Execution of mechanical pipeline works, civil works related to pipeline, valve chamber works and pump maintenance works.• Raise, follow-up, obtain and hold Permit to work(PTW) for job execution as per OLNG HSSE standards.• Ensure the execution of all activities pertaining to major maintenance and train shutdown are adhered to HSSE policies.• Responsible for providing qualitative construction work on mechanical equipment, ensure correct equipment installation and testing.
