• Design and Developing the Inspection Fixtures & Gauges by using SIEMENS NX Design Software.• Manage the Fixture design process of Precision products, including drafting design & Creating prototypes and documenting results. • Review design proposals to evaluate the sustainability, costs and other requirements of plans.• Collaborate on the implementation of new design processes, resulting in a Max percent of decrease in costs from the year before.• Analyze product designs for efficiency and implement changes to improve Quality.• Understanding and Implemention Design Knowledge on Manufacturing process in electronics industry.• Knowledge on quality related Inspection Fixtures & Attribute gauges like CMM, OMM, ALT, IPQC, ASSEMBLY, ANO Measurement & Reliability.• To Prepare work instruction, SOP, fixture IQC and help train operators for installation and application of fixtures.• Communicate with vendors and work out possible corrective improvements for fixture development processes & Visiting to the Suppiler end for Fixture PDI.

• Design and Developing the various types of Sheet metal components by using AutoCAD and Solid Works.• To create a Laser cutting Program by using CADMAN-PL offline Programming software.• Noting down the daily developing work and reporting to the customer weekly.• Implementation of Fool proof in required stage to avoid process rejection.• Designing of templates, Gauges and Press tools.• Involved in KAIZEN & 5S activity.

•Process development w.r.t New product, capacity and Quality.•Designing (with supplier) and procurement of dedicated trolleys and trays.•Designing (with supplier) and procurement of Sockets and misc items.•Involving in Technical and Commercial negotiation with the suppliers.•Preparation of Flow chart, PFMEA and JDI.• Identification and designing of tools for the new model engines.• Identification and reduction of effort & ergonomic index for the existing.• Preparing OPL (One Point Lesson) to the operator for understanding existing and New Process.• Proces to make the operator to work with minimum effort.
