1. Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. 2. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. 3. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. 4. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. 5. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of Civil, Architectural and Structural activities; as well as ensures appropriate interface with all other multidisciplinary operations. 7. Develop method statement for the activity including Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on drawings and specifications of the project. 8. Help Implement Contractor Quality Control Plan including but not limited submittal preparation & verification, shop drawings review, 3-phase inspections, testing & commissioning, prefinal inspection, final inspection, and close-out procedures. 9. Enforce subcontractor compliance with client approved design drawings, specification, submittals and RFI’s. 10. Support QC Manager in his Overall project QC responsibilities from mobilization to close-out.11. Carry out Internal Audit at different sites as requested by Projects Detector and/or Corporate Office.

• Supervise and execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, quality control plan and schedule.• Monitor and foresee quality control activities and implement three phase quality control system.• Record and maintain progress reports and quality control documents as per QMS plan and perform daily inspections and necessary quality tests as per approved QC plan and inspection test plan.• Prepare material submittals of all civil works including architectural finishes, maintain submittal registry and material data sheets to ensure the materials delivered are as per approved submittal and project specifications.• Prepare RFIs, quality control reports on work inspections, material inspections, pre-pour inspections, concrete pour cards, inspection test plan and method of statements. • Analyse and identify the causes of non-conformance if any and provide required directions to site supervisors and sub-contractors to rectify the deficiencies and maintaining quality and safety standards.• Working out quantities from approved drawings and prepare BOM, bar bending schedules etc. and material requisitions to procurement supervisor. • Co-ordinate with client or QA personnel to implement necessary steps for the execution of the project, by undertaking daily inspections and organize meetings.

• Supervise the contractor in construction works of Re-chlorination, Telemetry Out-Station buildings, Booster Pumping stations, air-valve, line valve and wash out chambers, thrust block concrete and water transmission pipe laying works.• Undertake supervision on road restoration works after laying mild steel pipes including preparation of sub-grade, sub-base, base course and wearing course (bituminous and non-bituminous) as per technical specification.• Oversee works related to laying and testing of treated water transmission pipes (MS & DI) of various diameters.• Perform daily inspections and quality control tests in accordance with the specified/required frequencies given in Civil and Technical specifications as per the inspection test plan. • Conduct material inspections ensure the delivered materials are as per the project specification and required standards.• Present daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the site engineer in charge and prepare contractor’s bills.• Record field measurements of the executed works in M-book and prepare contractors bill.

• Review drawings and specifications and carry out supervision of construction works of power plant’s Circulating Water Pump House, Circulating Water Channel and Cooling Tower with quality and safety.• Assist Project Engineer in organizing, monitoring and controlling all site activities as per project schedule. • Prepare RFIs, concrete pour cards, material requisitions, bar bending schedules, daily progress & labor reports and sub-contractors bills.• Foreseeing and organizing of various resources such as manpower, materials and plant and machineries and ensure the safety of individuals and the environment.• Perform daily management of site supervisors and workers.
