Section Head-Chlorine Plant Consists of Chlorine treatment & compression, bottling, HCl acid synthesis & Sodium hypo plants.Reporting to Department Head-Process Caustic SodaDirect Reportees-10 Deputy/Assistant/Jr Engineers,12 Operators and 13 contract workmenIndirect Reportees-5 Shift Engineers●Monitoring plant & utilities operations, process & workplace safety, Planning & budgeting,CAPEX preparations, debottlenecking, equipment troubleshooting etc in the caustic soda plant.●Monitoring finished storage stock & dispatches to compete with continued production●Statutory renewals & testing related to gas cylinders & liquid chlorine storage.●Conducting chlorine mock drills, practice sections to upkeep the team to handle the chlorine leakage emergencies●Conducting Customer safety audits for chlorine supply. ●Coordinating vendor & technology suppliers to do debottlenecking, troubleshooting on supplied equipment’s. ●Lead for capex projects such as SRS,Sodium sulphate crystallization plant, H2 bottling, CP/Electronic grade HCl acid synthesis unit, screw compression unit for chilled water etc.
