 Overall responsible for the administration and development of the Project's quality management system.  Ensure that Project‘s Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Standards.  To liaise with Client / Consultants on approval of inspection & test plans and Project Quality Plan.  Review ITP and MOS for structural and steel works prior to commencement of works Arrange material inspection and testing for structural and steel materials such as concrete, steel, etc.  Carry out inspection to supplier, subcontractors 'site works & fabrication  Conduct daily site walk and monitor work methods against inspection and test plan and QAQC System.  To liaise with Client / Consultant on inspection and approval of QC units or mock up units.  Handle CONQUAS and QM Application and Assessment.  Review all drawings & raise Request for Information (RFI) to consultants if there is any discrepancies or information needed. Responsible for ensuring by inspection and verification that Civil & Structural works are performed in accordance with the Project requirements. To co-ordinate and provide expertise to ensure that the plant is built and will function in accordance with the Project requirements To monitor and inspect the construction and to ensure that it is done in accordance to the plan and specification.  The Job involves, prepare and establish QA/QC Plan for the project. Develop and maintain QA/QC Procedure, Approving Method of Statements and Inspection Test Plan.  Receiving RFI for Inspected Items and conducting inspection as per ITP.  Implement and maintain a filing system for all QC documentation, reports directly to section manager. Propose corrective action and preventive measures for any non conforming items. Attend progress, coordination and QA/QC meetings

Attend progress, coordination and QA/QC meetings Ensure that adequate Inspection and Test Plan(ITP) for Civil, Structural & Painting works are developed by the Sub contractor Inspect Material received on site and ensure it is in ordinance with contract specification, handle and stored properly. Conduct off-site inspection for specific materials and plant visit. Attending progress meetings and submitting detail report of the project to the Project Manager, and also discussing the critical issues with the Manager. Ensure the job was carried out with permit to work system and as per the HSE, QA/QC plans.

 Worked as site Engineer in the construction of civil works. Having through knowledge in construction of Substations, process integration building, satellite maintenance building etc.  Coordination of quality inspectors, insuring that works on site are carried out using the latest revisions of drawings. Liaising with projects managers and client / consultant’s representatives to resolve the areas of conflicts related to structural works. Accountable for Pre/Post-tender quantity take-off for concrete/steels and manage site inspection for structural members prior to pouring of concrete. Quality supervision and ensure the safe working condition at site in liaison with Safety Engineer and take up precautionary measures. Preparing daily schedule of works, Manpower allocations and progress of work. Preparing and requesting all required manpower, tools, equipment and material on site. Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
